All Church Bowling Night

I apologize for falling behind on my blog. I try to update it weekly, but have been feeling a little under the weather lately. I am better now, though. :) Now, onto the post...

This last Monday, our church had a bowling night. Our new pastor rented a bowling alley close by so that only the church members could bowl, and we could even play our own music over the speakers! We did still have to pay, either by individual or family, and at a GREATLY reduced price. We had a great time! As you can see from the pictures, we packed the place out. I will not say I bowled well (Carl did not bowl), but I did bowl, which I haven't done in forever. Here are a few pics of the crowd and some of our new friends (with their permission of course). What fun!

Carl enjoying a seat, and the crowd behind him. The man in the blue hat standing on a chair, looking at his camera is our pastor.

Good friends of ours--the Rushings.

Our youth pastor's wife (another good friend) and her mother-in-law. : )

We did have a blast! Didn't we? I'm thankful you didn't put the other pic of me up there, but I do love the one with Linda Sue! You are precious friends - thank you for putting up with us!

Oh, that looks like such a fun time! We went bowling this week too. I actually won! With some scrore like 103. LOL. It was fun watching the kids roll their ball down the aisle. The whole bowling alley culture is so interesting, huh? Love your photos!
