Seeing the Whales

I have been terribly negligent about blogging and I apologize for that.  Just been a little busy.  :)  Last week Carl had some vacation time in between semesters so we took full advantage and did some day outings.  One was a trip to Cape Ann in Gloucester, MA where we took a whale watching tour (thanks to Groupon).  It was great!!  We had been looking forward to it and Will couldn't wait to "Go see the whales!".  The trip proved to live up to the hype and we were able to observe a group of 4 humpback whales traveling together (apparently not a pod...we learned that humpbacks don't travel in pods together, but rather pick up friends temporarily along their travels).  Additionally, there was one loner humpback that we were also able to stalk.  The last video shows them showing their tails and the first video shows them swimming by.  You can hear Will saying "Yay, whales!" at the end.  He loved it, as did we.  :)

Carl caught Will sneezing in this one.  :)

Waiting on the boat.

That is awesome!!! What an opportunity to see God glorified in His creation.
The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His handywork.
Psalm 19:1
Miss you all!

So funny you should use that word, Naomi, because that's exactly what I said when we were watching the whales--God is awesome!!
