Have You Ever Seen A Sky Like This?

Last week we went on a walk with the pups after supper, and this is the sky we saw.

I had to take a picture because I am obsessed with the sky and because I have NEVER seen this before. It looked like it was going to storm outside, with the whole world looking more yellow than normal, and a cool breeze. I am used to the yellow hue and the cool breeze before a storm, being from Illinois, where summer storms are frequent, but this upside-down-hill looking sky was a first.

Whoa! I have never seen something like that before! When I visited Joy in SC that was the first time I had ever seen that yellow hue that the world turns with a stormy sky. It was SOO weird to me!! Lived my whole life and never knew God could make the outside light so yellow in the middle of the day. That sky is amazing... great photo!! LOVE the look of your blog!

Jenny, since it doesn't really storm much in WA, I am not surprised you have not seen the hue. I am glad you got to experience it at Joy's. It is so eerie, yet so beautiful, as everything is more saturated, the grass is greener, sky is bluer, etc. More yellow, more color to other colors, since they have yellow in it, is my thought. It's like God playing with His Photoshop. ;)
